• Your Travel Link gets one star because I wan't able to leave zero. The service at Your Travel Link was the WORST service imaginable, after booking and paying for a trip to Europe through Nancy my phone calls were NEVER returned. Plans were not processed correctly and I was required to pay more for a hotel once I got to my destination. Phone calls about this were never returned. I tried to stop in to the agency in person only to find it was closed during business hours with a sign on the door stating Nancy was out of town due to a tour. Why she did not bother to state this on her phone message I will never know. Save your money and either do it yourself or go through a national travel agency. (R Robin, 09/03/2009)
